A New Advancement in the Sap Terrain: Sap Fiori & Sap Screen Personas now included with Sap Software

 SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), the world leader in enterprise software and related services, recently announced that SAP Fiori user experience (UX) and SAP Screen Personas software will be included within underlying licenses of SAP software. Despite of providing a software credit redeemable against future software, the new developments also offer a portfolio of UX services to boost up the customer engagement.

Started 42 years ago, SAP has been the pioneer in innovating software related services. SAP Fiori and SAP Screen Personas are some of the recent innovations from the company. SAP Fiori is a simple, easy-to-use apps collection which helps today’s business users to easily get the job done, where as SAP Screen Personas delivers a new personalization option for modifying SAP GUI screens.  This inclusion helps to unleash varied ways to experience a simple next-generation UX services. 

“We want every SAP customer to run simple with a world-class user experience. udging by the commercial success of SAP Fiori, it’s clear that our customers agree. Some customers and our user groups believe we shouldn’t charge for SAP Fiori. We listened to our customers, I agree with them and now SAP Fiori is included with SAP software,” says Bill McDermott, CEO & Member of the Executive Board of SAP.

In addition, the company also announced the beta release of SAP River rapid development environment as part of SAP HANA Cloud Platform. This product intends to bring simplification and productivity in how developers can collaboratively design, develop and deploy applications that deliver amazing user experiences.

Henry Morris, Senior VP, Worldwide Software & Services Research, IDC says “By including a user experience based on SAP Fiori and SAP Screen Personas within SAP licensed software, SAP is making widely available a personalized, responsive, simple UX for its customers. With these advancements, the company believes that customers will be able to create new SAP Fiori apps to suit their needs and will also be able to create a responsive and simple experience across multiple devices.
